We previously used Dan’s services for the sale of our previous home and purchase of our existing property and were very happy with his professionalism and service.
This time the circumstances of the sale were due to a death in the family which made it the whole process challenging and extremely sensitive to say the least.
Even though the property was out of their territory, they did not hesitate to step up and help us through the sales process sometimes going out of their way to ensure my mother-in-law felt reassured and supported given the emotional and difficult circumstances.
I would like to point out that they were there from beginning to end always available for questions and advice, even going as far to provide boxes for packing.
They were always upfront about the sales process, kept us informed and always did what was in our best interest which made us feel that we were in good hands.
I would use their services again and would definitely recommend them to close friends and family.
